  印度祭出逾 100 億美元獎勵經費，吸引半導體封裝測試企業前往投資 作者   Atkinson  |  發布日期   2022 年 01 月 19 日 14:30  |  分類   封裝測試  ,  晶片  ,  財經 《日經亞洲評論》報導，印度總理莫迪進一步發展本土半導體製造計畫，最新將提出約 102 億美元獎勵經費，希望吸引全球半導體後段製造廠商封裝測試企業到印度投資。 目前印度約 102 億美元獎勵經費在 2021 年 12 月 15 日獲得國會通過，2022 年元旦開放申請。補助企業範圍除了興建工廠約一半補助費用，還將用於建置清潔水源、充足電力、物流設備的高科技園區，提供企業進駐。藉投資後段封測廠商，逐步培養人才，建立印度半導體製造與設計實力。 這並非印度首次向外商半導體企業招手，希望企業到印度建設投資。過去也嘗試吸引半導體前段晶片製造商到印度設廠投資，卻少有廠商展現興趣。這次印度改變方向，藉半導體製造後端的封裝測試領域下手，未來進入更複雜的半導體前段製造領域前，與全球半導體製造領導廠商多建立關係。 印度電子與資訊部長 Ashwini Vaishnaw 告訴外媒，截至目前反應非常好，所有大廠商及重要廠商都與印度合作夥伴談判，有許多企業願意直接到印度設立據點，預計 2~3 年內就有幾家半導體工廠開始生產，還有一家顯示器工廠建置落成。Vaishnaw 也點名歡迎處理器龍頭英特爾到印度設立晶片生產基地。但英特爾回應沒有印度新計畫宣布。 市場仍有其他看法，認為僅靠獎勵難在印度發展自給自足的半導體產業。目前亞洲半導體晶片製造基地主要分布於日本、台灣、南韓、新加坡、馬來西亞、中國，印度條件相對落後，政府預計將確保半導體用土地、水源、電力與人才列入國家優先發展事項。不過近期常困擾海外企業投資印度的當地勞資關係，也是大家關切的話題，因不久前台系蘋果 iPhone 代工大廠鴻海及緯創等企業，就因勞資問題一度暫停工廠產線。 (首圖來源： Prime Minister’s office (GODL-India) ,  GODL-India , via Wikimedia Commons)

  Changhua is a small countryside in Taiwan actually. Most people lived in Changhua work in the agricultural industry. This may be one of the reasons why the food in Changhua is fresh and tasty. 1.    Meatballs, Ba-wan The meatball I am talking about is not only a ball of ground meat, but it also has a starch wrapped in the outer layer of ba-wan. It tastes more interesting with this starch layer.💓 In Changhua, we have two different kinds of ba-wan. One is cooked by steaming, the other is fried. These two methods make ba-wan have a different texture. The steam ba-wan tastes softy and smoothes for the outer starch layer, and the fried one tastes chewy and crunchy. The sauce on ba-wan is salty and sweet. You can’t eat ba-wan without sauce.
