The gorgeous food in Changhua

Image
Changhua is a small countryside in Taiwan actually. Most people lived in Changhua work in the agricultural industry. This may be one of the reasons why the food in Changhua is fresh and tasty. 1.    Meatballs, Ba-wan The meatball I am talking about is not only a ball of ground meat, but it also has a starch wrapped in the outer layer of ba-wan. It tastes more interesting with this starch layer.💓 In Changhua, we have two different kinds of ba-wan. One is cooked by steaming, the other is fried. These two methods make ba-wan have a different texture. The steam ba-wan tastes softy and smoothes for the outer starch layer, and the fried one tastes chewy and crunchy. The sauce on ba-wan is salty and sweet. You can’t eat ba-wan without sauce. By the way, the meat in ba-wan is pork, so notice this ingredient before you order these dishes!😋   Price: 113 INR (small), 225 INR (large with scallop)       Suggestion: ★★★★★ 2.    Soy-stewed pork with rice   This is also a kind of tradit

Taiwan is a historical country. We have a unique culture from indigenous people, colonizers, and modern Chinese. We are living in a high culturally diverse society, and it also influences our daily life from literature to diet.💗 Before the 16th century , Taiwan had only indigenous people , lived in a different area of Taiwan. They have their customs and languages💯. Until now, 16 ethnic groups in Taiwan have been rectified, but many ethnic groups have not been rectified by the government. Therefore, there are two different historic structures in the north and south of Taiwan today.     ( Spain- Fort Santo Domingo-In Tamsui, Taipei ) (picture from: https://www.travel.taipei/zh-tw/attraction/details/118 )   ( Netherlands - Z

🌟Taiwan is known for its delicious food.🌟   As a Taiwanese, I can introduce some of the famous dishes that are many foreign investors' love .                         No matter which place we are, we can also taste food in Taiwan.😁 1. Pearl milk tea This is the famous bubble tea to foreigners.💓 There have been many bubble tea shops opened in foreign countries recently, like Japan, America, and so on. You can regard drinking pearl milk tea as a trend for most visitors to Taiwan. As the picture has shown, you can see the black pearls at the bottom. They taste chewy and a little sticky made milk tea more interesting. When you're ordering the drink, remember to adjust the ice and sugar content in your tea! Besides, in some tea shops, you can even choose the size of the pearl. (I prefer the big pearl, or you can order the remix one)🍷 price:  60-100TWD /152~254 INR💰 2. Braised pork rice This dish is a kind of traditional food in Taiwan. You can see Taiwanese eat this as breakf
